1. Acceptance
By accessing a Tanvelo website or service, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you use Tanvelo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
If you do not agree, do not use the website or service. Tanvelo is operated by Likwid Games Ltd.
2. Services and product previews
Tanvelo provides software intended to help cleaning businesses manage customers, properties, requests, estimates, schedules, jobs, proof, issues, invoices, and related operational work.
Website images, demonstrations, examples, workflows, and descriptions may show product previews or planned capabilities. Availability may vary by release, plan, location, or integration. Unless confirmed in a signed customer agreement, website content is informational and is not a guarantee that a particular feature will be available at a particular time.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or service. Paid subscriptions, trials, support commitments, and service levels may be governed by additional terms.
3. Subscriptions and billing
30-day trial
New Tanvelo workspaces may begin with a 30-day trial. No payment card is required to start the trial, and starting a no-card trial does not create a paid subscription or authorize Tanvelo to charge you automatically. The trial includes up to five active team members and 100 consumed service visits. Exceeding a trial allowance does not create an automatic overage charge.
If you do not choose a paid plan, normal workspace operations become recovery-only when the trial expires. The company owner can still access the subscription controls needed to choose a plan and recover the workspace. If you affirmatively choose a paid plan and add a payment method before the trial ends, any eligible remaining trial time may be transferred to Stripe and recurring billing will begin automatically when that trial ends unless you cancel first through Manage Billing.
Monthly and annual automatic renewal
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month. Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year and are prepaid for the full annual term. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Likwid Games Ltd. and its payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the price and currency shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes, at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
Cancellation
The company owner can cancel by opening the Tanvelo subscription page, selecting Manage billing, and scheduling cancellation in the secure Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, not on the day it is requested. You can continue using the paid service through that date and can resume a scheduled cancellation through Manage Billing before it takes effect.
Once cancellation takes effect, the workspace becomes recovery-only. The company owner retains access to billing and reactivation controls, and a new checkout can be used to reactivate the subscription. Cancelling does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the remaining part of a paid billing period.
Refunds and billing disputes
Except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing, Tanvelo subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused subscription time, or unused plan allowances. This policy applies to fees charged for the Tanvelo software subscription; it does not govern payments your cleaning business collects from its own customers.
If you believe a Tanvelo charge is duplicate, unauthorized, or otherwise incorrect, contact us promptly through our contact form and select Billing or subscription. We will investigate and, if a refund is approved, return it to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider. Please contact us before starting a chargeback so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue. If a dispute is submitted to a card issuer or payment network, we may provide relevant subscription and transaction records and contest a charge we reasonably believe is valid. You remain responsible for undisputed amounts. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Failed payments and recovery access
After the first provider-confirmed failed recurring payment, Tanvelo provides a fixed seven-day grace period. Stripe may retry the payment and send payment-recovery emails during that period. Normal Office and Field access continues during the grace period, and the company owner can use Manage Billing to update the payment method or settle the balance. Later failed-payment notices do not restart or extend the grace period.
If payment is not restored before the grace period ends, normal workspace operations become recovery-only. The company owner retains access to the subscription summary, checkout or billing portal, essential company information, and sign-out so the account can be recovered. Existing customer-facing accounts, documents, and receipts remain available. Normal access resumes after payment is restored. A paused or fully cancelled subscription becomes recovery-only immediately.
Applicable taxes
Published subscription prices exclude applicable taxes unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Stripe calculates and collects taxes based on the billing location, tax information you provide, applicable law, and Tanvelo's tax registrations. Taxes are shown before you confirm a purchase and on the applicable invoice or receipt. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and tax information and for any taxes the law requires you to pay that are not collected at checkout.
4. Accounts and customer data
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential, maintaining accurate account information, and ensuring that authorized users comply with applicable terms. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You retain ownership of information and files you or your organization submit to Tanvelo. You grant Tanvelo the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that information to provide and secure the service.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required to submit customer, employee, property, access, photographic, payment, and other information to the service.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Tanvelo to:
- Break the law or infringe another person’s rights.
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the service or another user.
- Attempt to access another workspace, account, or restricted system without authorization.
- Scrape, probe, reverse engineer, or test the service except where permitted by law or written authorization.
- Send spam, deceptive messages, or unlawful content.
- Use the service in a way that creates an unreasonable security or operational risk.
We may investigate suspected violations and restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or others.
6. Ownership and feedback
Tanvelo and its licensors own the website, software, branding, documentation, interface designs, and related intellectual property, excluding customer data. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the website and services in accordance with applicable terms.
If you provide feedback, you permit Tanvelo to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
Third-party services and links are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Tanvelo is not responsible for third-party services it does not control. Optional address suggestions use Google Maps Platform and are also subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms and Google Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website and any evaluation or preview services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Tanvelo does not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the extent permitted by law, Tanvelo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the website or preview services.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law. Any paid customer agreement may contain different warranties, remedies, and liability limits.
8. General terms
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a separate agreement states otherwise.
If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date.
