1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Tanvelo websites, applications, and related services that link to it. A customer organization may control information entered into its Tanvelo workspace. In that case, the customer’s agreement with Tanvelo and the customer’s own privacy practices may also apply.
Tanvelo is a service operated by Likwid Games Ltd. In this Privacy Policy, “Tanvelo,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Likwid Games Ltd.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact information such as your name, business email, and business name.
- Account information and workspace details.
- Customer, property, job, schedule, estimate, checklist, proof, issue, invoice, and payment-related information entered into the service.
- Photos, notes, access instructions, approvals, and other files you choose to upload.
- Messages and information included in contact, support, sales, privacy, or security requests.
Information collected automatically
When you use our websites or services, we may receive device, browser, log, authentication, security, and usage information. Our contact form also uses limited, pseudonymous submission records and quiet bot checks to reduce abuse. We use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary to operate, secure, and remember preferences for the service.
Tanvelo loads Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement tags on tanvelo.com and app.tanvelo.com. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Quebec, analytics and advertising storage are denied by default until you allow them. When storage is denied, Google may receive limited cookieless technical pings, including consent status, technical request information, and signup measurement, but the tags may not read or write analytics or advertising cookies. Elsewhere, measurement is on by default and you can turn it off at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the website footer or the Cookie choices control in the app. Your saved choice takes precedence over these regional defaults. When measurement is on, these services may also receive page URLs and titles, referral and advertising campaign information, browser and device information, approximate location derived from technical request information, and interactions such as page views, scrolling, outbound-link clicks, and a successful account signup. When storage is denied, advertising click and session information may be passed in links between pages to support cookieless measurement; this does not guarantee that a signup can be attributed to an ad. Ad click identifiers in Google Ads measurement requests are redacted when advertising storage is denied. Tanvelo does not send signup form contents, email addresses, or other direct identifiers to Google through this measurement, and personalized advertising is disabled.
3. How we use information
We may use personal information to:
- Provide, maintain, secure, and improve Tanvelo.
- Create and administer accounts and workspaces.
- Support cleaning workflows, including requests, estimates, schedules, jobs, proof, issues, invoices, and payments.
- Respond to walkthrough, support, and security requests.
- Send service notices and, where permitted, product communications.
- Prevent abuse, investigate incidents, and comply with legal obligations.
- Measure website and application usage, advertising performance, and successful account signups subject to your choices and the regional defaults described above.
- Generate aggregated or de-identified insights that do not identify an individual.
We seek to collect and use only the information reasonably necessary for the purposes explained at or before collection.
5. Retention and safeguards
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to provide the services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by record type and customer instructions.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, loss, and destruction. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to or correction of personal information, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, object to certain uses, or request deletion. Some requests may be subject to legal or contractual exceptions.
You may opt out of promotional email using the unsubscribe method included in the message. Service and security notices may still be sent when necessary to operate an account.
You can select “Accept” or “Decline” in Cookie preferences without losing access to Tanvelo. Open the panel using the “Cookie preferences” button in the website footer, or use the Cookie choices control in the app. The website panel does not open automatically. Closing it with Close or Escape does not save or change your consent. Saved choices last for one year; after expiry, future page loads use the regional defaults described above. Declining disables analytics and advertising storage and removes the Google measurement cookies managed by Tanvelo; limited cookieless consent and measurement pings may still be sent. Your preference is shared between tanvelo.com and app.tanvelo.com on the same browser.
Tanvelo is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

We may update this policy as Tanvelo and applicable laws evolve. Material changes will be communicated through the website or service as appropriate.
